Brenda Madumise-Pajibo comments on the abuse & murder of Namhla Mtwa

“If you look at Namhla’s case, which has been trending on social media, you’d realize that Namhla had been in that abusive relationship for over six years and the people around it knew about it,” says Brenda Madumise on SABC News.

In a live braodcast on SABC News, Wise 4 Afrika Director, Brenda Madumise-Pajibo discusses the murder of Namhla Mtwa. Namhla was killed on 21 April 2022, after which her sister took to social media to publicise the abuse that Namhla suffered at the hands of her partner. While details of the her murder are yet to be verified, what is known is Namhla was approached by a gunmen who proceeded to shoot her in the chest 9 times.
